Return Policy

Returnable Goods Policy:

Prior to sending merchandise back, the customer must obtain a RMA # (Return Material Authorization).  A returned package shipped to us without a RMA# will be refused. Customers have 15 days from date of receipt to request an RMA. Customer must return products with 30 days of receipt of product.

All returns must be carefully packed and DOUBLE boxed. All original packaging materials and the original product box must be present at time of the return. Original manufacturer's packaging, both inside and outside must be used. Returns must be complete with all manuals, cables, warranty cards, static bags, etc., just as the Customer received them. Please write the RMA number on the shipping label, not on the box. The customer is responsible for freight cost of returned items.

 Any return subjected due to a customer error may result in a restocking fee of 15%-25%, depending on item condition. Non-returnable items are include software, custom labels and opened consumable supplies (labels, ribbons, receipt paper, receipt ribbons, print heads, card stock, RFID tags).   Special order items and special build-to-order, special configuration items, are non returnable. At our discretion, we reserve the right to deny a return should we determine the product has been tampered with or missing components.

For customers on credit terms, a credit will be applied to your account after product is received and verified. For credit card customers, replacement product will be sent upon receipt and verification of the returned product. If mutual agreement is made between customer and customer support, we will send replacement product using your credit card and you can request a refund/credit to your card when the returned product is received and verified.

DOA Policy:

 Occasionally, customers may receive a DOA (Dead on Arrival) product. We will offer technical support for all of our products. Many times issues are related to incorrect configurations or other technical issues, which we can help to resolve and avoid a return. If we cannot resolve the issues we will provide an RMA (Return Material Authorization) number. Any product that show signs of usage are not returnable as DOA. For customers on credit terms, a credit will be applied to your account after product is received and verified. For credit card customers, replacement product will be sent upon receipt and verification of the returned product. If mutual agreement is made between customer and customer support, we will send replacement product using your credit card and you can request a refund/credit to your card when the returned product is received and verified.
